Quality Policy:
Our QMS is designed to plan, control, assure, and continually improve the way we do business related to product quality and service quality. Our policy is to meet and exceed customer requirements, customer expectations, and workmanship specifications. Our QMS is designed to be effective at all levels of the company with a capstone quality manual that flows down to standard operating procedures and work instructions. Every employee is dedicated to successfully contributing to our quality objectives. Our QMS shall adhere to the requirements set forth in AC7004.
Quality Objectives:
Achieve On-Time Delivery of 85% or better for all customers
Achieve Quality of 95% or better for all customers
Additionally, individual department goalskey performance indicators) are set to ensure that the Quality Objectives are met. These may vary in quantity, scope, and complexity in accordance with the objective being set and individual department. The KPIs are stated in the applicable Levels 2 procedures.
Anodizing and Metal Coatings is a small family owned operation.
Anodizing and Metal coating was opened in 1986 by Gunter Oeser, he has been in the plating business since the mid 1950’s. Dave Oeser and Steve Oeser are Gunter’s sons that have helped open A&MC and are the current owners.
Our staff is a loyal bunch of workers that have been around for 10+ years and know their operation very well and have been trained to handle the process that they specialize in.
A&MC has had Nadcap accreditation ( AC7004 & AC7108 ) since 2019.
A&MC has FFL (federal firearms license)
A&MC has SOT (Special Occupational Taxpayer)
